TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All items are PRE-ORDER and the closing date is on every 15^th 
• Once the batch period is closed, orders will be placed to the supplier.
• Please allow 2-3 weeks for it to reach you. 
• Those who can't wait are NOT encouraged to purchase.
• No canceling order when order & payment has been made.
• Full payment is needed before closing date. Do inform us once you've made the payment.
• Failure to make payment before closing date, order will be cancel automatically / postpone to next batch.
• If the items that you order have no stock after payment has been made, full refund will be given back. 
• Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
• We will not be responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.
• We seriously dislike back out buyers (future order will not be entertain). Place in your order when you are certain and confirm of purchasing the items. TQ. Please be considerate.
• Price does not include the cost of delivery.
• We will be using PosLaju Malaysia. Postage to destination within Peninsular Malaysia costs about RM 7 for first 500g and RM 3 for next 250g and to Sabah/Sarawak costs about RM 9 for first 500g and RM 4 for next 250g. (Postage fees can be negotiable - normal postage is much cheaper - and CODs might be possible if the time and venue is suitable.)
